King’s Road Collection Launch at The Chelsea Pig
Some evenings feel like they were made for a sunny drink in your favourite pub, and last Wednesday was one of them. The city’s Indian Summer got into full swing, and the pavement outside The Chelsea Pig was graced with pieces from our newly launched PC X Bay Garnett Collection, bringing back nostalgic memories of the Kings Road era, when the punk aesthetic ruled the roost.
It was lovely to catch up with so many friends, editors, and stylists, and to see how people styled the new collection - from floaty florals to figure hugging minis and everything in between. Thanks to the sunshine we also spied quite a few PC espadrilles and Cowboy boots in the mixer too. Be sure to check out the pictures, as they will be a great place to look for outfit inspiration via our guests who all had their own beautiful takes on each piece.
As the afternoon turned to evening co-host and ‘Queen of Vintage’ Bay led an amazing pub quiz, filled with questions celebrating the era of Chelsea Cool - spanning Punk, Sloanes and everything in between. And, in proper pub fashion PC coasters and specially made crisps peppered the tables, alongside some delicious small plates from our hosts.
Thank you to everyone who came and made the evening such a success. As a brand we feel so privileged to have so many long-standing friends and to enjoy catching up with them as much as we do!
