Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or another reputable courier within 3 to 5 business days and will require a signature on delivery (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods)



Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next day via Royal Mail or another reputable courier and will require a signature on delivery (Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and may take up to 2 days. Orders will not be despatched on Saturday and Sunday)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY £15 (For USA & Canada, please shop our USD website - For European Union, please shop our Euro website)


Orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days via DHL, UPS or another reputable international courier service and will require a signature on delivery (Please note goods will be shipped duty unpaid)




In store collection is available from both our Mayfair or Notting Hill stores. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please note your order will be held in store for two weeks. Orders not collected within this time frame will be returned to the warehouse and refunded.




All orders outside the European Union are sent duty and taxes unpaid. You may be subject to custom duty and/or import taxes if your order value exceeds the import allowance. For example, imports into Australia for AUD1000 or less are Duty Free. For a “Duty Free” and “Duty Payable” guide for your home country, please visit or check your local customs website. You are responsible for paying duties when importing from the European Union into your home country. We are unable to refund any delivery costs, custom taxes or duties incurred.




In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 21 days. SALE/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days. Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.



If you are located within the UK, please go to the Royal Mail website ( for your return. Select Penelope Chilvers from the retailer list and complete as per the instructions. 

For all returns and exchanges, please complete the returns form with your order. Should you wish to exchange your item, please note that we are only able to do this for an alternative size in the same style.

Although we endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to 7 days. Your refund should show in your bank account within 3 business days but can take longer. 

If you are returning an order from outside the UK, please ensure the package is clearly marked with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ and sent via a reputable courier on a tracked service.
