How do I use Pay Over Time?
Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal monthly payments with 0% interest. Pay Over Time is a Klarna plan with 3 interest-free instalments. The first instalment on the day of purchase, the second in 30 days from purchase and the third in 60 days from purchase.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment information is transferred to Penelope Chilvers or held by Penelope Chilvers. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
I have been asked to go to Klarna's site. Is this correct?
Yes, you will be transferred to the Klarna website to complete the application.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
If you would like to purchase with a Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, name, billing address and date of birth.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as Penelope Chilvers have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will make any necessary adjustments to your balance.
How do I make a payment?
Visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance.
How do I manage my Klarna Account?
Log in to the customer portal at Klarna.com to review your purchases and settle your monthly payment.
Do I need to be 18?
Pay Over Time is only available to people aged 18 or over and is an online exclusive payment method.
