We hope you love your Penelope Chilvers purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a refund providing:
It has been less than 21 days since you received your order (14 days for sale and promotional items).
You haven't damaged, altered, worn, stained or marked the item.
It is in resalable condition in its original packaging with any swing tags still attached.
UK FREE Returns - How It Works
Step 1 - Tick the item you wish to return and add a return reason to the Dispatch Note. Missing information will delay your refund being processed.
Step 2 - Package your item(s) in one bag, attach the pre-printed Royal Mail label from the Dispatch Note and enclose the completed Dispatch Note inside the package.
Step 3 - Go to your most convenient Post Office location. Click here to find your nearest Post Office.
Important! -Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep it until you have received your refund.
What If I Lose My Paperwork?
Don’t worry, if you have not kept the Dispatch note you can still print a returns label by following these steps:
Step 1 - Print a copy of your Delivery Confirmation Email, highlight the item you are returning and explain why. Include this with your return.
Step 2 - Click here to create and download your own returns label and receive a QR code.
Step 3 - Package your item(s) in one bag, complete the required fields on the Dispatch Note and enclose it with the item(s). Attach the returns label if you have printed one. (Alternatively, using the QR code the post office will print it for you.)
Step 4 - Take your return parcel to your most convenient Post Office location. Important! - Please obtain a proof of postage receipt and keep it until you have received your refund.
What Happens Next
Although we endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to 72 hours once your parcel has arrived back with us.
Please bear in mind that our warehouse is closed at weekends. Your refund should show in your bank account within 3 working days.

your Order Confirmation number and Royal Mail tracking details with your message.

Our free UK Return Service is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations. We reserve the right to reject worn or damaged item(s) which are not returned as new. Rejected item(s) will be returned to you and may be subject to a redelivery charge.
