Full Time, Permanent Vacancy in our Customer Experience Team

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. You must be familiar with using Zendesk (or a similar call/email management system), have excellent communication skills and be a solution-focused thinker when it comes to handling customer queries over the telephone and/or via email or webchat. Ideally, you will also have experience in providing face to face fit and fashion advice to customers in a high-end fashion retail environment.

To be successful in this role you must also be able to demonstrate particular strengths in:

-       Communication skills – both verbal and written

-       Computer literacy – proven confidence in learning new systems

-       Attention to detail & accuracy

-       Organisation & prioritisation skills

This role will be primarily based at our Duke Street store whilst also providing occasional support to our Ledbury Road store. The working hours will vary according to a weekly rota and you will expect to work 35 hours over five days per week including some weekend work.

We offer a salary of £19-21,000 per annum depending on experience with a generous benefits package
