Customer Experience Assistant

Penelope Chilvers is a luxury footwear brand. We design shoes and boots to fall in love with and stay in love with. Our mantra is to 'go anywhere, do anything' and our designs are timeless and made to last. Our boutique stores are located in Mayfair and Notting Hill and we provide multi-channel customer support from both locations.

This is a full-time, permanent position and will be based primarily at our Duke Street store whilst also providing support to our Ledbury Road store. The working hours will vary according to a weekly rota and you will expect to work five days per week including some weekend work.

To be invited to interview, you will already have experience in providing expert advice to customers to guide their buying decisions and you will be a solution-focused thinker when it comes to handling customer queries over the telephone and/or via email or webchat. You must also be able to demonstrate particular strengths in:

- Communication skills - both verbal and written

- Computer literacy – proven confidence in learning new systems

- Attention to detail & accuracy

- Organisation & prioritisation skills
