This style fits true to size therefore we recommend taking your actual size. True fit; take your normal size. The calf measurements are based on measurements taken from the inside of the boot. How To Measure Your Calf Step 1: Stand up and place your feet flat on the floor. Step 2: Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your calf. Step 3: Measure both calves to the nearest 1cm. Do not worry if each calf is a different size - use the larger measurements as your true calf size. For a comfortable fit, your calf measurement should not exceed the CALF CM size on the table below.

Delivery & returns

DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery

Our UK standard delivery costs £5.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods)

Prior to delivery, you will receive an email and text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) from Royal Mail with your delivery tracking information. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a Royal Mail calling card will be left explaining what to do next.

UK Express Delivery

Our UK Express delivery costs £8.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will typically be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

UK Next Day Delivery

Our UK Next Day delivery costs £10.00. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day via DPD/Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. (Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Friday will be delivered next working day i.e Monday)

Please note due to the need to ship by air, we cannot offer UK Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland.

Delivery to Remote Regions

Please note, that it may take up to 3 working day using our UK express delivery service and 4-6 working days for our standard service.

International Delivery

You are shopping on the UK website. For all other destinations, please select the country you wish to ship to first which is at the bottom of our website in the footer.

Returns

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer a refund if the order is returned within 21 days.

Sale/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days.
