New for the autumn-winter season, the Jolene Paloma Suede Boot is now available in black with taupe-coloured detailing. Our Jolene cowboy boot features a Cuban heel, elongated toe line and slim fit. Dainty troquel (die-cut) detailing adds a feminine touch to this classic style. Each pair is made in Spain using suede certified and gold-rated by the Leather Working Group.
Product features & care
SPECS: Suede upper. PU sole. Leather Working Group gold-rated tannery. Blake construction. Made in Spain.
CARE: Protect with Protector Spray which will help shelter from the elements by repelling water, mud, and oil. Softly wipe away dirt and dust with a dry Application Cloth or Beech Mud Brush for more stubborn mud. Regularly brush the nap of the suede to keep it looking pristine.

DELIVERY
UK Christmas Delivery
For all orders shipped via Royal Mail, please place your order on or before 19th December 2025 to ensure delivery before Christmas.
For Royal Mail Express Delivery, order on or before 21st December 2025.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery and place your order by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025.
To receive delivery before Christmas, use DPD Next Day Delivery and place your order by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025.
UK Standard Delivery
Orders cost £5.00 for UK Standard Delivery. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods)
Prior to delivery, you will receive an email and text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) from Royal Mail with your delivery tracking information. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a Royal Mail calling card will be left explaining what to do next.
UK Express Delivery
Our UK Express delivery costs £8.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will typically be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
UK Next Day Delivery
Our UK Next Day delivery costs £10.00. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day via DPD/Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. (Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Friday will be delivered next working day i.e Monday)
Please note due to the need to ship by air, we cannot offer UK Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland.
Delivery to Remote Regions
Please note, that it may take up to 3 working day using our UK express delivery service and 4-6 working days for our standard service.
International Delivery
Returns
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer a refund if the order is returned within 21 days.
Sale/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days.
