This style fits mid to size therefore we recommend taking a half size down from your actual size. If we do not have your half-size available, please buy the full size and add an insole in the same size as the shoe. This will reduce the size by a half size.

Boots that are beyond fashion. This oiled gaucho leather and polished cowhide boot has an elasticated back gusset and offers an easy and exact fit for many leg shapes.

LEATHER CARE: Protect with a suitable spray following the manufacturers guidelines. Store in the dustbag provided.

DELIVERY

Delivery To The EU

Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.

Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.

Italy & Spain

Customers ordering from these two European countries are now required to include their DNI Numbers (National Identity Numbers) to ensure their orders are delivered successfully.

International Delivery
