Our Extended Christmas Returns Policy
We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season. Purchases made between 7th November 2022 to 16th December 2022 can be returned until 8th January 2023. Purchases made on or after 16th December 2022 are subject to our standard 21 days returns policy (14 days for SALE).
All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Our Return Policy
We hope you love your Penelope Chilvers purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will offer a refund providing:
It has been less than 21 days since you received your order (14 days for sale items).
You haven't damaged, altered, worn, stained or marked the item.
It is in resalable condition in its original packaging with any swing tags still attached.
We regret to inform you that we do not offer a free return service for Southern Ireland, the EU and Rest of World purchases. For customers wishing to make a return from these territories you will need to arrange your own return by post, at your own cost.

Please write 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ on your parcel to ensure no further duty is applied to your return.
Please ensure the package is sent via a reputable courier on a tracked service at your cost. If you would like us to arrange a collection from your home or work address, please email email@example.com and one of our Customer Service Team will advise you of the charge for this service.
