Orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days via DHL, UPS or another reputable international courier service and will require a signature on delivery.

If you would like to collect your order from one of our London stores you will need to purchase via our £GBP website. Visit our UK website



In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer you a full refund if the order is returned within 21 days. SALE/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days. Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and tags attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser.

For all returns and exchanges, please complete the returns form with your order. Should you wish to exchange your item(s), please note that we are only able to exchange for an alternative size in the same style. 

Although we endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, it can take up to 7 days. Your refund should show in your bank within 3 business days but can take longer.

Please ensure the package is sent via a reputable courier on a tracked service at your cost. We are unable to refund any delivery costs, custom taxes or duties incurred outside of the UK. If you would prefer us to arrange a DHL collection from your home or work address, please email and one of our team will arrange this for you. The cost for this service is €15.
