Our signature Pillow Bag is reimagined for this season in this beautiful trompe l'oeil effect ink-blue woven leather. An authentic everyday tote, the bag was initially designed as a carry-all, leather basket and has become a much-loved shape in our collection. It features a fully lined interior with zip-up side pocket and magnetic closure – practical, polished, and elegant.

SPEC: Spanish leather exterior and handles. Fully lined interior with zip up inside pocket. Magnetic closure. Made in Spain.

LEATHER CARE: Protect by spraying with a Protector, which will help shelter from the elements by repelling water, mud and oil. For a more nourishing and protecting treatment, use our Leather Cream to revitalise the colour of your leather. Softly wipe away dirt and dust with a dry Application Cloth.

DELIVERY

Delivery To The EU

Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.

Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.

Italy & Spain

Customers ordering from these two European countries are now required to include their DNI Numbers ( National Identity numbers ) to ensure their orders are delivered successfully.

International Delivery

Warranty

At Penelope Chilvers, we make our products to last. We work carefully with master craftsmen to create pieces of the upmost quality.

To show our commitment to this quality, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Penelope Chilvers products.

If there is a defect, we will try to repair the product. If this is not possible, a replacement will be offered. Alternatively, an item of the same value will be offered or a Gift Voucher will be provided to the same value as the original purchase price.

This warranty applies whether you made your PC purchase directly with us, or via an approved retailer. All we ask is that you show proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to second hand, sample sale, Reskinned or products purchased via a non-approved reseller.
