The Fay is a pretty character shoe designed in a classic red leather. This new style comes with a pretty almond toe, a flat heel and a soft leather sole. Slim-fitting and elegant fit it has a contemporary feel, perfect for everyday looks.

Specifications & Care

SPECS: Leather working group certified leather. Leather sole. Leather upper. Feminine almond toe. Old gold buckle. Made in Spain.

LEATHER CARE: Protect with Protector spray which will help shelter from the elements by repelling water, mud and oil. Softly wipe away dirt and dust with a dry Application Cloth or Beech Mud Brush for more stubborn mud. Nourish regularly with Leather Cream and use our Buffing Brush to bring out the richness of the leather. Store in the dust bag provided.

DELIVERY

Delivery To The EU

Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.

Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.

Italy & Spain

Customers ordering from these two European countries are now required to include their DNI Numbers ( National Identity numbers ) to ensure their orders are delivered successfully.

International Delivery

Warranty

At Penelope Chilvers, we make our products to last. We work carefully with master craftsmen to create pieces of the upmost quality.

To show our commitment to this quality, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Penelope Chilvers products.

If there is a defect, we will try to repair the product. If this is not possible, a replacement will be offered. Alternatively, an item of the same value will be offered or a Gift Voucher will be provided to the same value as the original purchase price.

This warranty applies whether you made your PC purchase directly with us, or via an approved retailer. All we ask is that you show proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to second hand, sample sale, Reskinned or products purchased via a non-approved reseller.
