Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
Shipping To USA
Our USA shipping costs $25.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. We use a premium courier and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file. (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods)
US Customs Clearance
When goods enter the United States from overseas, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When purchasing over $800 of goods from an overseas supplier, you must provide CBP your identification number in the form of your Social Security Number.
To make this easier for you, our shipping partner DHL will help clear the goods at US customs on your behalf. After you place your order, DHL will reach out to get your Social Security Number and take care of the rest for you!
Duties
Your order will be shipped from the UK via an express premium service. We cover the cost of duties on all orders so there are no hidden surprises and you can shop with confidence.
International Delivery
You are shopping on the US website. For all other destinations, please select the country you wish to ship to first which is located at the bottom of our website in the footer.

Our makers
We believe that if something is to be made, it should be made well.
Our family run factories and independent artisans have been a part of our story from the beginning, growing beside us.
They have great knowledge and skills passed down through generations. We value a close working relationship, visiting our factories and workshops regularly.
