VELVET CARE: Protect with Protector Spray before initial wear and reapply regularly to maintain the condition of your footwear. Velvet has a delicate pile that could need revitalising after transport. Brush the velvet lightly with a soft brush in the direction of the pile to maintain To enhance the pile, hold at a safe distance over steam from a kettle and brush. Store in the dust bag provided.

Delivery To The EU
Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.
Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.
