Christmas Delivery
The last order for standard UK delivery is Tuesday 19th December please order before 2pm, for UK Express delivery please place your order by Thursday 21st December before 2pm.
For all EU, please place all orders by 14th of December before 2pm.
For all US, please place all orders by 11th of December before 2pm.
For all the rest of the world, please place all orders by 10th of December before 2pm.
Delivery To The EU
Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.
Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.
Italy & Spain
Customers ordering from these two European countries are now required to include their DNI Numbers ( National Identity numbers ) to ensure their orders are delivered successfully.
International Delivery
You are currently on our EU website. To place an International order, please select the country you wish to ship to first which is located in the top right hand corner of our homepage.
Christmas Returns
You may refund your item with a receipt up to and including Jan 7th 2024.

At Penelope Chilvers, we make our products to last. We work carefully with master craftsmen to create pieces of the upmost quality.
To show our commitment to this quality, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Penelope Chilvers products.
If there is a defect, we will try to repair the product. If this is not possible, a replacement will be offered. Alternatively, an item of the same value will be offered or a Gift Voucher will be provided to the same value as the original purchase price.
This warranty applies whether you made your PC purchase directly with us, or via an approved retailer. All we ask is that you show proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to second hand, sample sale, Reskinned or products purchased via a non-approved reseller.
