Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £300 / AUD$540 / CAD$480 / CHF360.
Our international delivery costs are Australia £18, Switzerland £18, Canada £18. Other ROW destinations £15 and we aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 working days.
Orders will be shipped using a reputable courier and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.
International Sales Taxes & Duties
All orders outside the European Union are dispatched on a DDU service (Duty & Taxes Unpaid). You may be subject to customs duty and/or import taxes if your order value exceeds the import allowance. Please check your local customs website or you can use this free tool to estimate the cost. www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/. You are responsible for paying duties when importing from the European Union into your home country. We are unable to refund any delivery costs, custom taxes, or duties incurred.

At Penelope Chilvers, we make our products to last. We work carefully with master craftsmen to create pieces of the upmost quality.
To show our commitment to this quality, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Penelope Chilvers products.
If there is a defect, we will try to repair the product. If this is not possible, a replacement will be offered. Alternatively, an item of the same value will be offered or a Gift Voucher will be provided to the same value as the original purchase price.
This warranty applies whether you made your PC purchase directly with us, or via an approved retailer. All we ask is that you show proof of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to second hand, sample sale, Reskinned or products purchased via a non-approved reseller.
