Our rubber-soled Men's Nelson boot is a lesson in easy, understated dressing. A practical, ankle-style, handmade in rugged leather with a coloured, contrasting elastic, and hard wearing Goodyear welt sole. A classic look, reimagined with a contemporary twist.
Product features & care
SPEC: Spanish leather style with Goodyear welted rubber Commando sole. Partially lined. Made in Spain.
LEATHER CARE: Softly wipe away dirt and dust with a dry Application Cloth or Beech Mud Brush for more stubborn mud. Nourish regularly with Leather Cream and use our Buffing Brush to bring out the richness of the leather. Store in the dust bag provided.

Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery
Our UK standard delivery costs £5.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods)
Prior to delivery, you will receive an email and text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) from Royal Mail with your delivery tracking information. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a Royal Mail calling card will be left explaining what to do next.
UK Express Delivery
Our UK Express delivery costs £8.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will typically be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
UK Next Day Delivery
Our UK Next Day delivery costs £10.00. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day via DPD/Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. (Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Friday will be delivered next working day i.e Monday)
Please note due to the need to ship by air, we cannot offer UK Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland.
Delivery to Remote Regions
Please note, that it may take up to 3 working day using our UK express delivery service and 4-6 working days for our standard service.

Returns
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will offer a refund if the order is returned within 21 days.
Sale/Discounted orders must be returned within 14 days.

At Penelope Chilvers, we are committed to creating products that stand the test of time. Our Goodyear Welt Construction boots are crafted with the utmost care by master craftsmen, ensuring exceptional quality.
To demonstrate our commitment to this quality, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects for this Goodyear Welt Construction product.
In the event of a defect, we will first attempt to repair the boots. If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement. Alternatively, you may choose an item of equal value or receive a Gift Voucher for the original purchase price.
This warranty applies to purchases made directly from us or through an approved retailer.
