Below you can find information about our delivery services:

UK Delivery Options

UK Standard Delivery

All orders cost £5.00 for UK Standard Delivery. We aim to deliver your parcel within 3 - 5 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. (Please note this service may take longer during busy periods.)

Prior to delivery, you will receive an email and text message (if you have supplied a mobile number) from Royal Mail with your delivery tracking information. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a Royal Mail calling card will be left explaining what to do next.

UK Express Delivery

Our UK Express delivery costs £8.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 1 - 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service and a signature will be required upon delivery. (Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will typically be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.)


UK Next Day Delivery £10 

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day via DPD/Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. (Orders will not be dispatched on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed Friday will be delivered next working day i.e Monday)

Please note due to the need to ship by air, we cannot offer UK Next Day Delivery to Northern Ireland.

Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man

For deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, orders are zero-rated for UK VAT and no UK VAT is charged at checkout.

Our retail pricing is consistent across the UK and these regions. This reflects the higher operational and international shipping costs associated with serving these locations and allows us to maintain a flat-rate delivery charge.

Please note, that the following postcodes may take up to 3 working day using our UK express delivery service and 4-6 working days for our standard service:

US Shipping Options

Shipping To USA

Our USA shipping costs $25.00 for all orders. We aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. We use a premium courier and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Duties

Your order will be shipped from the UK via an express premium service.

We cover the cost of duties on all orders so there are no hidden surprises and you can shop with confidence.

EU Shipping Options

Our EU delivery costs €15.00 and we aim to deliver your parcel within 2 - 5 working days. Your order will be sent on a DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. Penelope Chilvers will pay all applicable Duty & Taxes for you. You will NOT be asked to pay any additional Duty & Taxes.

Orders will be shipped using DPD, DHL Express or UPS depending on your location and a signature will be required upon delivery. Once dispatched you can track your order by clicking the link in your delivery email. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk file.

International Delivery Service

Our international delivery costs are Australia £18, Switzerland £18, Canada £18. Other ROW destinations £15 and we aim to deliver your order within 2 - 5 working days.

International Sales Taxes & Duties

All orders outside the European Union are dispatched on a DDU service (Duty & Taxes Unpaid). You may be subject to customs duty and/or import taxes if your order value exceeds the import allowance. You are responsible for paying duties when importing from the European Union into your home country. We are unable to refund any delivery costs, custom taxes, or duties incurred.
