Why did you choose your style of boot? What is it about this style that you like? I love the blue suede with the pop of orange because it stands out and seems a bit punky.

How would you describe your son’s style? Rudy’s style is very chilled. He and his friends all swap clothes, so I never know what’s what, but he loves fashion and wears quite a lot of designer stuff mixed with vintage.

How does creativity play a role in your family? We are all pretty creative. The kids are involved in music, art and love drama - we all seem to challenge each other.

What do you two have in common? Rudy and I are like chalk and cheese, but we get on pretty well and he is my baby boy!

Penelope Chilvers makes shoes for travel and adventure. How will you wear yours? I will wear mine for all kinds of travel and adventure. 

What exciting projects are you currently working on? I have a film coming out at the end of the year that I produced called ‘Two for Joy’ starring Sam Morton, Billie Piper and Danny Mays and I have my first novel coming out soon as well.
