In the event of a defect, we will first attempt to repair the boots. If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement. Alternatively, you may choose an item of equal value or receive a Gift Voucher for the original purchase price.

This warranty applies to purchases made directly from us or through an approved retailer. Please keep your proof of purchase handy.

Please note that this warranty does not cover second-hand items, sample sales, Reskinned products, or those purchased from non-approved resellers.
